Slave Queen – an icon that needs no introduction – takes silver stacking to the next level!
Taking inspiration from 2013’s best-selling Silver Bullet Silver Shield Slave Queen “Keep Calm & Slave On” coin, SBSS is proud to introduce a new twist on the classic design, in a stunning 97mm tall silver statue.
Forged from investment-grade 925 silver, each Slave Queen Statue is painstakingly hand-crafted, and contains more than 20 Troy ounces of solid silver. The total production run of Slave Queen statues is limited to 1000 units, and each is laser-engraved with a unique production number.
The process of creating and producing the Slave Queen Silver Statue was quite an ordeal. We thoroughly documented the process for your viewing pleasure, so you can see the steps we took to bring her to life. Start at the bottom of the page and work your way up to experience the adventure in chronological order.
We would like to thank everyone that participated in the pre-sale event, and for being so very patient as we work through the bugs and bring the Slave Queen solid silver statue to market. Thanks for viewing!

April 8, 2016 – In Thailand, it seems that every other week is a national holiday. In fact, just as we’re working through the latest production hiccup (changing to a new finishing house), everyone is getting ready to shut down for a week to celebrate Songkran, the Thai New Year.
In all fairness, it’s the biggest water party in the world. It set the Guinness Record for largest water fight. It’s the craziest thing I’ve even seen, and it should be on your bucket list too. Imagine 300,000+ Thai people cramming the busiest streets in Bangkok, including Police, Military, children & the elderly, all blasting each other in the face with buckets and streams of ice-cold water. It’s absolutely insane, and worth the country shutting down for the week.
The good news is that the new finishing house is amazing, and the product has never looked better. Sure, they accidentally rhodium-plated the first prototype (pic to the left), but this is a small error and easily rectified. We’re looking forward to being back on tracking with production on the 18th, and shipping out the remaining orders shortly after that!

FAQ: Is it real?
February 12th, 2016 – a lot of people have asked how one can tell if it’s real silver in the Slave Queen statue? Well…that’s a great question. And short of doing what we’ve done in the video to the right, you can x-ray your statue to determine the actual metal content – this will give you the best idea without melting the tyrant…

Silver Slave Queen FINISHED!
January 9th, 2016 – literally, it’s finished. After the assembly completed, we took this ridiculously heavy work of art to a master polisher for an antiquing process that is second to none. It’s absolutely stunning, and we’re VERY proud to share it with you. Keep an eye on our site – sales will open soon!
Silver Slave Queen assembled!
January 9th, 2016 – it took a TON of time to clean up the first silver cast, remove all the sprues, and attach the skull to the base. We’re getting close!
First Silver Slave Queen statue Cast!
January 8th, 2016 – merely ONE DAY after we reviewed and approved the wax, we were able to take a first look at the first cast of the Slave Queen silver statue. For round one, we chose to cast the base and the ribs together, and the skull as a second piece. We’ll clean them up and attach them shortly for you to see what it’ll look like when assembled!
Happy New Year (and the wax is cast)…!
January 7th, 2016 – with the holidays behind us, we were able to collect the re-printed Slave Queen skull 3d print and continue the molding process. It takes more than 24 hours for the mold to cure, at which point the 3d master is painstakingly removed from the rubber. EVERY DETAIL MATTERS! At this point, we’re ready to use the rubber mold to create the wax master. If there are any imperfections in the mold, they will certainly turn up on the wax, and then on the final silver cast. Precision matters. Here you can take a quick look at the first wax prototypes, which we inspect for detail and any problems, and weight to ascertain an approximate weight of the final silver cast. Stay tuned for more!
December 22nd, 2015 – apparently, 3d printed skulls are quite fragile, and one should use a significant amount of care when handling. It’s a minor setback, but it’ll take a few days to get a NEW skull printed with all the bits and pieces intact! We’ll post again in a few days once we’ve got the skull back to good and we’ll be ready for molding and casting!
Slave Queen Statue 3D Print – a first look!
December 21st, 2015 – requiring a whopping 40+ hours of print time, the Slave Queen is a BEAST to print! We print directly to hi-resolution plastic resin on a ProJet 3510 Ultra HD 3D printer, giving us the sharp details needed to cast such an amazing work of art. Take a quick look at a few of the images as she first comes out of the printer.
FINAL Slave Queen Silver Statue art released!
December 15th, 2015 – after receiving an overwhelming amount of positive feedback, our team finalized the design and we’re now proud to release for your consideration the final photo-realistic 3d renderings of the new Slave Queen solid silver statue. Further, now that the design is finalized, we’re able to solidify the specifications…and very excited to let you know that Her Majesty will contain a whopping 20+ Troy ounces of solid silver! Stay tuned for important reservation information and behind-the-scenes pictures of the production process. Thank you for all your kind words…and as always, KEEP CALM & SLAVE ON!
Third Slave Queen work-in-progress images released!
December 11th, 2015 – inching ever-closer to perfection, Mr Nefzen raises the bar once again, this time by adding a considerable amount of detail to Her Majesty’s hair and base. As the word OBEY is already prominently displayed on the queen’s crown, the duplicate OBEY on the base is now replaced with the Illuminati ambigram, similar to the image originally featured in Dan Brown’s Angels & Demons. The base of the solid silver statue is widened & flared, flanking the queen with The Owl – symbol for Minerva, the goddess of wisdom – also used by the elitist club Bohemian Grove where plans to enslave the globe are rumored to be routinely discussed. Additional texture and detail is also added to the decaying bones.
Second Slave Queen work-in-progress images released!
December 8th, 2015 – adding texture and considerable detail to the crown, Mr Nefzen continues to bring Her Highness to life while further resembling the original ‘Keep Calm & Slave On‘ work of art from master sculptress Heidi Wastweet. The poppy blossom, Rothschild family crest & all-seeing eye begin to take shape atop the crown that weighs heavy on the skeletal remains of this elitist’s skull. Like the crown, the word OBEY is prominently displayed on the front of the base, serving as a constant reminder of your true place in life as she stares intently through empty eye sockets.
First Slave Queen work-in-progress images released!
December 1st, 2015 – taking inspiration from the original Slave Queen Silver Bullet Silver Shield coin, internationally-acclaimed digital sculpting artist Caleb Nefzen brings her majesty to life in a solid silver statue. Projected to stand at a whopping 97mm tall, the Slave Queen, in all her glory, will feature design cues from the original art, further enhanced with other symbols that project her inner beauty and power. Stay tuned over the next few weeks as we get additional sneak-peeks, and of course, your comments and feedback are CRITICAL to the success of this project – so let us know what you think!
